Cathy is the best... I was suffering from acute pain in my neck and she was really good at giving me a painless massage with special care for my neck.. Dallas Zen has a peaceful welcoming atmosphere where even though others are coming and going, you are treated as a queen/king. Cathy is the Goddess of all Massage Therapists. After telling her what was going on with the body, she intuitively knew what to do. She combined all her expertise and relieved & massaged out all the pain and energized the body with a renewed sense of wholeness and well being in body, mind and spirit. I just had my first experience at the Dallas Zen Massage today, with massage therapist, Cathy Seigel. It was the absolute best massage and therapeutic session I've ever had in my life. Cathy was unbelievable, professional, thorough, and probably the best massage therapist I've ever experienced. I just cannot say enough about Cathy and all of the personnel at the spa.
